As of today, the Exhibition Hall next door will be vacant on November 22. This means that all food concessions at the center will be closed. We will have to find our own lunch. We will try to order lunches for that morning. Please check back later for news about lunches. If you have any leads about sources of food (that delivers), please let us know.
Due to the increasing demand for badge name changes on at the show, any badge change request on show day will now cost $5 for each change. This applies to all badge name changes; loading badges, junior badges, vendor badges, etc. An easy way to avoid having to pay for badge name changes is to send us your change requests BEFORE the show. Either call (941-9754) or email (wikiwiki@ukulele.com) us your badge change requests.
A word of caution on antique ivory sales. The Federal laws pertaining to the sales of antique ivory is changing. Each vendor should be aware of the current local and federal laws covering the sale of antique ivory. I & W Prod. will not list the word "ivory" in the show's directory both in print and online.
Tell your customers to get their hands stamped at the entrance if they plan to leave the show temporarily to use the Bank Machines near the Box Office.
Just a reminder to all vendors to bring your State General Excise Tax License and receipt books to the show. I'm sure all of you know this and abide by the state's tax laws. The state is cracking down on unlicensed vendors at various shows and fairs around the state.
One location where you can apply for a general excise license is at the Business Action Center which is located at 1130 N. Nimitz Highway, Suite A-220. Office hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays (except State holidays); telephone number is 586-2545. Note: If you apply for a license online, it may take 2 weeks or more to process and send it to you.
After the show ends and you are done packing up, we will have recycle buckets at each exit where you can drop your show badges in to be recycled at the next show.
If you have any special events coming up or just want to advertise your shop, please have some flyers made and leave them on our flyer table outside the front door.
We are working on a source for lunches since that Blaisdell Center's food concessions will all be closed on November 22. Please check back later.

You can park either in the parking loop, Ward Avenue, or the Blaisdell's Parking Building. (see map). Please do not park in the Box Office's parking lot; your car will be towed. Vendors can enter the room from 2 doors after picking up their badges. If you park in the parking loop, please move your cars as soon as you are done unloading.
8am-10:30am
All wagons and carts must be put away by 9am (early entry). If you need to use a cart after 9am, please let us know and we will escort you and your cart through the hall. You can continue to set up your booths until the show officially opens at 10:30am. If you choose to, you can start selling to the Early Entry people at 9am.
4:30pm-7pm
Everything must be out of the hall by 7pm on Sunday. Make sure all of your helpers are wearing their badges.
Street parking is FREE on Sunday. However, if you can't find street parking, for $8.00 you can purchase an Exhibitor's parking pass as you enter the Blaisdall parking lot. You have to ask for it. This pass allows you unlimited re-entry to the parking lot for that day only. The regular parking fee is $6.00 per day before 5pm and $7.00 AFTER 5pm with no re-entry privileges.
There are 2 good reasons why you should move your car immediately after you've finished unloading your things:
1. It gives other vendors a chance to unload.
2. The Blaisdell Center will tow your car away. They are very serious about unattended vehicles parked in the parking loop.
Please DO NOT PARK ON THE DECORATIVE TILES IN FRONT OF THE GALLERIA ENTRANCE TO THE EXHIBITION HALL.

Table top coin case rental fee is $20 each for the run of the show. Case dimensions are 34" X 24" X 3". Rentals are courtesy of the Hawaii State Numismatic Association. These Allstate aluminum cases come with lock and key. Lost keys incur a $2 replacement fee.
A preview of items for sale at the show will be available on the internet to vendors who submit photos. The page's URL is http://www.ukulele.com/wikipreview. Vendors can submit photos of items along with their descriptions, which will be posted on the online Preview Website. This Internet preview page will be made available for viewing by the public prior to the show. This service is FREE for any vendor. To participate in this preview, please either send photos or email digital images to us (wikiwiki@ukulele.com) as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that these items must be available for sale to the public on October 4 at 9am and can't be sold prior to that time. The sooner you send in the information the longer your item will be available for viewing.
If any vendor wants to submit a short paragraph about themselves and/or their business, we'll be happy to list it with their items.
