Below are the detailed content formats supported by your media players.  For easier content management I recommend Still Images in either JPEG or PNG format and Videos in MPEG-4 (720p), MOV (Quicktime) or AVI formats at the highest possible resolution.  Remember the Max size of the total content (Videos, Images, etc) that can be published to a media player is less than 8GB.
